❌ Returns or refunds based on personal taste/preference: We do not offer returns or refunds if the items or colors received do not meet your expectations. We do not accept return requests based on personal taste or preference. In the event of an approved return, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping and other costs.

📦 Lost, stolen, or damaged packages: Our liability ends once the carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) confirms delivery. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact USPS directly for assistance. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

🚩 Shipping address: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you need to correct an incorrect address before the item ships. We are not liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
